Mineral Essentials is a comprehensive daily mineral supplement to support multiple bodily systems and address specific mineral requirements, throughout a range of ages and life stages. This naturally flavoured, great tasting formula contains 13 minerals, including easily absorbed forms of magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc. Children's Health
Adults: Add 1 1/2 metric teaspoons (6.1g) in 200mL of water once daily with food. Children 4 to 11 years: Add 1 metric teaspoon (4.07g) in 100mL of water once daily with food.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur. Contains 150mg of potassium per 6.1g dose. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
