The workshops that run are the ones people asked for. If there is something you would turn up to on a Saturday morning, say so — it is a short email and it genuinely changes what gets scheduled.
Something specific. "Sleep" is a topic; "what to do when you wake at three and cannot get back down" is a workshop. The second one practically writes itself.
And a sense of who else would come. Two people wanting the same thing is a conversation; eight is a date in the calendar.
Anything that amounts to treating a condition in a group. Teaching people what to do about their sleep is a workshop; working on someone's specific problem in front of others is an appointment done badly.
And anything that would need us to recommend a product. That is not what a room full of people is for.
We keep them. When enough people have asked for something close to the same thing, it gets scheduled and the people who asked hear first.
If something will not work, we will tell you why rather than letting it disappear quietly. Usually the reason is the one above: it belongs in an appointment.
Ring 0416 656 388 or email. One or two sentences is plenty.
