Rainbow Medicine has been recognised at the 2026 Sydney Health Awards in the Integrative Practice category. The award acknowledges practices that combine evidence-based care with patient-centred service design across the Sydney metropolitan region.
Judges noted Rainbow Medicine's commitment to coordinated, multi-disciplinary care; transparent fee structures; and a strong pattern of patient outcomes documented through internal audits. The 2026 awards drew more than 240 nominations across nine categories, judged by a panel of clinicians, patient advocates and health policy researchers.
"This recognition belongs as much to our patients as to our team," said Dr Christine Shen. "Patients who trust us with their care, share honest feedback and stay with us over the long term make the work measurable. We will use this moment to keep raising the bar, not to coast on it."
In the past twelve months, Rainbow Medicine reported a patient-rated satisfaction score of 4.9 out of 5 across more than 8,000 sessions, with the lowest score on any single dimension being 4.7 (timeliness of communication outside of session). The award judging committee specifically commented on the practice's openness to publishing its own performance data.
The award ceremony took place at the Doltone House in Pyrmont on 8 May 2026. Rainbow Medicine dedicated the recognition to its patients and to the broader North Shore community whose support has made the practice's growth possible since 2019.
